This is a desktop application that can be installed over the client machine(single or network).This software embeds in itself the map of a particular area which is designed by us so that the client can view the whole area in the software itself which gives the feel of satellite view with better clarity.The software has the feature of calculating property-tax on the basis of algorithms specified by the client.

1. It has all the records of all the houses in the particular area collected either from Nagar Nigam or fresh survey from our company.

2. Satellite and digital view for better quality and understanding of the area.

3. On one-click it will generate property –tax report of the whole area.

4. It has the provision for generating individual tax report.

5. It has the provision for calculating tax with rebate.

6. On one click it will create a list of houses which have paid tax and a separate list for those whose tax are pending and will show the defaulters on the map.

7. Client can add a new record, edit existing record. Admin can delete any particular record.
